REFUND POLICY

With three rental locations, our rental inventory is constantly moving around to facilitate various sized rental groups and demands for particular products. Once a rental is reserved, things are in motion to make sure that the equipment you want is at the location for the time you requested. Sometimes this means we have to turn away business when we are fully reserved/ rented out. Because of the time and cost, we cannot always issue a refund for rental reservations. Below is how we handle rental reservation refunds.

Full Refund

- Can be done anytime If request is due     to weather conditions that make for         an unsafe rental

- If notice of cancellation is made 5  

  business days prior to reservation

Rescheduling

- Can be done anytime If request is due     to weather conditions that make for an   unsafe rental

- A rental can be rescheduled as long         as it is done at least one full business       day (during normal business hours)

  before the original scheduled date.

No Refunds or Rescheduling

- Canceling day of/ moments before the   scheduled reservation
